“Very straightforward, detail oriented and brought up several hidden issues. Overall, home inspection is fairly expensive since the report usually says to then get further inspections by licensed electricians / plumbers etc. If getting a home inspector, I would definitely recommend Tony (he went throughout the crawl space, inspected the roof). Although, one could make an argument for just bringing in your own plumber, electrician, pest person and HVAC person from the start, since this is likely to be what comes up. However, I felt it was money well spent and Tony pointed out issues (and took photos) of several key areas that I might have overlooked. Also, since he has no stake in repairs, you can be assured that he is not calling out things just to drum up business.”
